    Sporran king

All right, we all know that Hamish is the "One with the Most Kilts", but I was curious who holds the record for the most sporrans (obviously sporran makers are not to include their inventory that is for sale.....David).

Even still who has the most hose (real hose, not cheap **** soccer, rugby, or sports store socks), or jackets, or flashes, or other accessories?

    Here's mine:

    3 Sporrans
1- black leather day sporran http://216.71.156.105/product506.html
1- brown Clan crest sporran from Bear http://www.bearkilts.com/sporranpg2.html
1- "dress" (?) sporran from Canada kilt http://canadakilt.com/scan0004.jpg

    6 Pairs of Hose:
    1- Cream
    1- Bottle Green
    1- Lovat Green
    1- Navy
1- Black http://www.tartantown.com/dress_hose.html (for all above to)
    1- Charcoal http://scottishkilts.net/products/co...wool_rich.html

    4 sets of flashes:
    1- black http://216.71.156.105/product549.html
    1- red (homemade) http://static.flickr.com/18/68704523_1985118e9c.jpg?v=0
    1- MacKenzie (Thanks Bear)
1- Ancient Watson (came with the kilt from Scottish Kilts)

    1 Sgian dubh

    1- sporran flask http://216.71.156.105/product853.html

    4 Kilt pins:
    1- MacKenzie Crest http://216.71.156.105/product565.html
    1- Wood Crest
1- Thistle with amber stone (matching plaid brooch)
    1- round celtic design http://static.flickr.com/34/66207148_3c7b2782c6.jpg?v=0

1 Balmoral cap with MacKenzie clan badge

    1 Jacket:
Charcoal tweed argyle and waistcoat http://scottishkilts.net/products/sc...waistcoat.html

    Anyone else?

I too have three sporrans (need more for sure):
    1 black day
    1 brown day
    1 semi-dress

    Kilt hose:
    2 cream
    2 oatmeal
    2 black

    Fashes:
2 green (one kelly and one "ancient")
    2 maroon

Since I am not known for wearing kilt pins (because of my own idiosynchrosy) I only have my Xmarks pin

I picked all these goods up at various events or stores here in Denver throughout the region.

Definetly takes me out of being the sporran king.

Okay, I have to admit that I like accessories.

    Jackets Total: 2
1 Daywear Jacket - lovat blue
    1 Prince Charlie

    Socks Total: 21
    9 White/Cream/Oatmeal
    6 Black
    3 Lovat Green
    2 Lovat Blue
    1 Red

    Flashes Total: 6

    Kilt Pins: 11
I know, Hamish says to keep one kilt pin in a kilt until it's time for cleaning but I have more pins than kilts! I often decide on a kilt pin just because of my mood.

Fly Plaids Total: 4 (not including the 2 on order)
    1 Ancient MacKay
    1 Nightstalker
    1 Cunningham
    1 Blackwatch

    Plaid Broaches Total: 3

    Sgian Dubh Total: 1

    Glengarry & Hatbadge Total: 1

    Sporran Total: 3
    1 Daywear
    1 Semi-Dress
    1 Formal

    Spats Total: 1
    1 grey wool

    Sporran Flasks: 1

Well, I can't think of anymore accessories right now off the top of my head. If I come up with anymore I'll edit this post and add them.

Looks like Raphael is the current Sporran king.

Although I have a suspicion that Hamish is likely going to top that category as well

Edit** Raphael and davedove are tied for the title. Someone better order on of those sporrans Freelander has sitting around

Right, Colin! I am just off to bed as it's 1.45am here!! I think I have 11 sporrans (!), but I'll check and list my accessories tomorrow (or today, or whatever it'll be when I get around to it)

    Question

OK, it looks like you are an expert! ;-) So, let me ask you a question. On eBay you can find plenty of sporrans, but prices vary a lot. For example, which is the difference between item #8245921031 (use eBay search to see it) and item #5461408077? Apart price, of course. They look very similar, but price is totally different.
