Appreciate the live updates Raph but what do you mean pictures in a few days?!!
It's 6:00 AM out there. Somebody's got to be sober enough to post a few pics before brecky. I'm sure Steve has coffee around.

I agree! You can update us about what type of chowder you're all enjoying, but not one shot of the kilted rabble?
I hope all had a grand time...and are recovering well today...

OK, here are just a few teasers from the big night.
There were a lot of cameras and I'm sure there will be more photos coming when some of the others wake up.
Big Mikey and Shelly set up this Hospitality suite in the Royal Scot Hotel for us to have a "meet and greet.

Yes, it really was this crowded in the room.

Hank (highlandtide) and Jamie (Panache)

Mike (Splash 4) Mrs. highlandtide and himself

Our piper Nathan ready to pipe us to dinner.

Only in Victoria can a rabble walk right down the middle of the street to dinner.
If you have a piper in this town you can get away with anything.

Big Mikey and I have an 'understanding'.
Those photos will be shipped off on Sunday on the Maple Leaf. Once they are safely in Ontario they will be posted.

Wow! I am truly flattered that a 'Hamish Mk II' should be performed at such an historic event, and by such an august section of the assembled rabble. Thank you, Gentlemen, and to be honest it was one of the best attempts I have yet seen ......... of course, The Wizard of BC did come all the way to Storrington a few months ago for a one-to-one course of instruction!
Now I cannot wait to see all the other photos (and video?) of the proceedings.
Take care,
Ham.
