My wife and I prefer crepes. Sometimes with a little strawberry preserves and chopped fresh strawberries, melted butter on top and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Other times filled with a mixture of cream cheese,cottage cheese, a little vanilla and a little powdered sugar( just enough to make it a little bit sweet), and topped with fresh fruit.

This falls in the etc. . When I would visit the Gatlinburg games, I would always stop at The Donut Friar in the Village shopping center. Better than Krispy Kreme.

Wrap bananas in the pancakes, pour melted butter on top, dust with powdered sugar, top with mashed and sweetened strawberry topping, serve with sausage or bacon...mmmmmmm.

I make crêpes, wrap them around berries and drizzle maple syrup over them. Nom each immediately out of the pan! None of this stacking them up to get cold or clammy.
