How's the parking at Harpenden? Is there plenty ?

There is no on-site parking - that's why the cost is so low. But there is plenty of parking in the town within easy walking distance.

Something has only just occurred to me! When the XMarkers gather for the 2pm photo, I will be stuck in the main Games arena throwing heavy items around!
I'm basically stuck more or less from 12:45 till 4:30pm, which sucks. Though unless they have a Lady Caber (very unlikely, and for this Games I have no way of transporting my own caber) and Lady hammer (ditto unlikely), I may very well be able to slip away from 3pm-ish... could I put in a plea to have the general XMarks photo meet-up changed to 3:15pm? That way, I can meet some of you lovely lot, and you can also rest secure in the knowledge that you're not missing any of my record-breaking throws (I jest).

Hope everyone has a great time. I could have got the Easyjet flight over for the day but it got a tad too dear for a day trip. Must try harder next year.
