Actually working on it these days. The dicing is done. Will post pics tomorrow. I am widening it out into the body of the hat. Bright orange.

Now, I wonder if Harold would be able to spare about two and one-half feet of that reflective tape to make the ribbon and cockade?

The kind we use is expensive but there is a kind that we use on jumpsuits that is available at Hancock Fabrics. It is either yellow or orrange and has 2 thinner reflective lines.
