My LYS* doesn't carry Gutermann thread but I've matched up some Coats & Clark Dual Duty XP numbers. Anybody who thinks they have a better match please feel free to contribute, as well as anybody who has Gutermann numbers to throw in the mix.
Dark green 6790 ("Dark Spinach" -- don't tell me the Great Old One has gone vegan? )
Light green 6850
Purple 3250
Here's the best that I could find at my local store. The violet could use a bit more blue, but the others are pretty close.

The package arrived Saturday and the postal driver couldn't wait to have it off the truck. I was on my way out for the evening so only had time to rip open the box to gaze longingly upon it's maddening magnificence. I know nothing about numerology but this R'lyeh 5 yarder is my 13th kilt and arrived on the 26th (2x13) in the Halloween season of 2013.
I did wear it yesterday but did not get a pic so posting the tracking as proof of the event.
Thanks to everyone who worked to make this happen.

I have spent every moment since posting that image trying to figure out why uploads from my phone come out inverted everytime.
As to the pin, Thanks you! it was a custom request converted from C'thulhu ring to pendent on Etsy (MenageDetroit). Will eventually get this image turned around.

My fabric arrived last week and I am so very happy with it! The design is subtle but awesome and is one of the very few designs that I'd rather pleat to the sett rather than a vertical element. Here's where I'm at so far in the build and if all goes well I'll have it completed this morning.
pleated to the sett
the fabric layed out
All done

Looks great. Any particular reason you use safety pins at the bottom vs straight pins? I can appreciate that they don't fall out during handling/basting/pressing. It's difficult to find safety pins that are as fine and sharp as straights (or perhaps I am not looking in the right places).
