probable WE Scott Edinburgh sporran, one of the c1970s invented kilt hire "semi dress" styles, a traditional leather Day sporran with seal front, but done in black, and with Evening Dress sporran tassels.
A super bargain for anyone not in the USA.

This model, prior to Kilt Hire, was brown with leather tassels, either plain (SM, top left) or with seal, bovine, or even exotic fur (SH, top right and bottom left).
The kilt hire model SH/EP in black is bottom right.

No bids, 20 pounds, a nice-looking Evening sporran stamped Made in Scotland.
Not sure about the fur! In places it looks real, in places it looks artificial.

Now something different, a piper's crossbelt in one of the standard patterns, for under 5 pounds.
The quality and crispness of the cast hardware suggests being UK made.

Scottish-made EW4 evening sporran here in the US for $50 starting bid.
This is one of the models made for export to the US, using pony or bovine rather than seal.
This was necessary due to the passing in the USA of the Marine Mammal Protection Act in 1972.
Among other things, this act bans the taking of seals within the USA, and bans the importation of seal products. The act is still in force.

Probably WE Scott Edinburgh 1990s black leather and grey seal "semi dress" sporran for 17 pounds.
It bears the gold oval stamp "Made in Scotland Real Leather".
Wisely the seller won't post to the USA.
