This kilt saga has been going on six months now, I ordered a workmans, they sent one that I really could not understand how it could fit, it was way to big.
I sent it back, they said they would replace it, still nothing.

I find this company is either too busy or too lazy to provide the level of customer service I am accustomed to from other kiltmakers.

They are slow to reply emails/phone calls, or just don't reply at all, I'm fed up with them.

If the wretched thing ever turns up it will likely end up on ebay.

I phoned UK the other day, they said they are in the process of moving, the computers were down and emails were not getting through.

heck if I ran my business like that.....they didn't reply the call anyway, maybe their phones are down too.

I know there are a lot of satisfied UK wearers here, but my first experience with them tells me it was a big mistake, especially as I compare them with the small, reliable kiltmakers that support this forum.
