Earl Grey, loose leaf, in a pot. I like a soy chai sometimes too.

I know what you mean. Due to life at the university, I've unfortunately had to cut down to about a quart a day.

There's an authentic Chinese store about an hour's drive away from me. I make a trip out there every couple of months to restock on tea. My favorite is a loose leaf green tea with dried jasmine flowers in it. I'm lucky if I can find it. The local Asian population buys it all up as soon as they get a shipment of it. It's excellent sweetened with some strong, dark honey I get from a local bee farm.

My consumption has gone up about 500% since I came to grad school. Of course, there's a kettle and tea in the postgrad lounge/study room. And we're all tea feinds.

Unfortunately, we aren't allowed even an electric kettle. It's a fire hazard. *sigh*
