Big Mikey and I have an 'understanding'.
Those photos will be shipped off on Sunday on the Maple Leaf. Once they are safely in Ontario they will be posted.

Wow! I am truly flattered that a 'Hamish Mk II' should be performed at such an historic event, and by such an august section of the assembled rabble. Thank you, Gentlemen, and to be honest it was one of the best attempts I have yet seen ......... of course, The Wizard of BC did come all the way to Storrington a few months ago for a one-to-one course of instruction!
Now I cannot wait to see all the other photos (and video?) of the proceedings.
Take care,
Ham.

As we have multiple threads going on this historic event, I hope all concerned find this.
It was a distinct pleasure meeting those that I had not met before. It was equally nice to see old friends again. Shelly and I look forward to corresponding with those that shared their addresses with us.
I feel honoured to have been able to play some small part in this event as your predinner host and I wish to assure you all, that you have given me memories to last a lifetime.
I already miss you and look forward to the time when we can be together again.
Thank you, my XMarks family.
Cheers aye!

That was a wonderful evening, and tea the next day was grand. Too bad Steve and Jamie couldn't make it to tea, but I understand they were attempting to sober up^H^H^H^Hdiscussing important matters.
Along with the XMarks tartans there were three Maple Leaf kilts on hand, and we got shots of them, too. I suspect Shelly'll put them up shortly. Hope so! I need proof this actually happened (and to post the requisite pleat shot for the announcement of a new kilt).
