My plan is to box up Scott's two pair this evening and take them to the Post Office tomorrow. At that point I will know what the shipping cost will be. Since the socks don't weigh very much, I think it is fair to assume that the shipping for 1-3 pairs will all be the same. Once I know the shipping cost I'll be in touch with everyone by PM. The plan will be to take everything to the Post Office on Saturday.

The hose are exactly as I expected - very nice. And, I love the colors. Now that winter is nigh, I look forward to wearing them in cold weather. Thank you for initiating, coordinating, and executing this multi-person transaction. Also, thanks to Matt for any intermediating he did. We couldn't have done it without you.

Wow, that was quick. Sorry about the flat rate; apparently only certain boxes are eligible for the non-flat-rate and of course the two Post Offices that I have been to had none of that type in stock.
No need to apologize. The shipping details you describe are obscure to me, but it's no matter. I just looked at the shipping charge on the box and it seemed in the realm of reasonability, so I cheerfully Paypal-ed it to you. Thanks for the fast service. We may have to start calling you Michael "Rocky" Flemming.
