I see what you mean - don't think I ever saw a castle like that anywhere here, obviously some misguided pastiche. Forgive the ignorance but are there native grouse in America? I suppose there must be but I never heard of them before. Trouble with the distillery idea is you've got to wait 10 years before you can drink the stuff. Good idea though.
