    To: O'Searcaigh

I have a bottle of a Scottish dark beer called Old Engine Oil from Harviestoun Brewery. Has a picture of a vintage British car on the label (similar to my avatar). Could not get the photo to downlaod. Is this what you are drinking?

Pants is only a present tense verb here. I once panted, but it's all cool now.

Similar, but not quite. Yours might be a newer (or older) bottle. The car image on mine is a full front shot and the car is red. My bottle is several years old. I drank the beer and saved the bottle.

As a sideline, the car on my avatar was purchased in Albuquerque a few years ago.

Let's see if this works. Bottle is on the bonnet of my 1952 MG TD Mark II.

I suspect why you bought the ale, I do it too. Now was it as exhilarating to drink as the TD is to drive?
Buddy had a Midget - a blast to drive - between the traditional repairs ( the graphite throwout bearing )

The TD is a blast to run around in. Unfortunately, it is an English export with left hand drive. Not really fitting to be called British. On the other hand, my 1936 MG-TA (pictured on the avatar) is quite British being right hand drive. Every time I look at it my left hand itches for the gearshift. It is the 99th production TA of 3,003 total built and the only one in Kansas that I have found. The license plate is the original assigned in July, 1936

The "Old Engine Oil" was a very dark, British style brew. It had little head and was rather bitter, as a good British ale should be. I liked it, but is rather pricey this side of the pond.
