R'lyeh Tartan ORDERING Thread

For the majority that have weighed in so far, it appears that the original colourway is the important thing,

Right now, assuming we're going with Marton Mills and landed/cut/prepped delivery in the US here's where we sit-
(specifically re-confirmed in green, unconfirmed/vague in black, specifically cancelling in red) is this correct to this point?

For those on the fence- keep in mind that $47/dw (MM US Landed Price) vs $38d/w (Dalgliesh at-the-mill Price) is not as great a difference as it may seem once we would add in their set-up & dyeing fees (Currently hovering around $40/per person), shipping (last run I paid £23-24/ $42 for my 3yds).
Additionally, based on the rather terse reply I received re:the dyeing, I doubt that we'd get the same cutting service from Dalgliesh that we did last time, so there would be potential tariff on the bolt & shipping + reshipping costs involved.

As a breakdown- last time the material was £21/yd ($33.60), my shipping was $42 (or $14/yd) for a GROSS cost of $47.60/yd DW- obviously this probably scaled out a bit better for those ordering higher yardage.

Also, when broken down to single width yardage, that $47/ydDW is still less than $24ydSW for 16oz custom woven tartan.

One other thought- as Dale Seago mentioned, those on the fence might want to check around for what DW heavyweight yardage is going for. Lochcarron is running £50($78)/yddw for STOCK tartans, we're right around £30($47),
so it's still a pretty fantastic deal.
