Poly Viscose. A synthetic twill fabric that will be woven by Marton Mills and so should feel like the other PV tartans they weave. It is treated with teflon to resist stains, is washable, and wrinkles fall out easily. Lighter than wool, it's about as close in "looks" as you can get and not be wool.
