For anyone still undecided whether to attend, I see they have now discounted the one day ticket price. Here is the link if you want to take advantage of the special offer.

Could have saved money if I had waited, but when I booked earlier in the year this had been expected to be a sellout.

My Gsthering Passport has arrived!
The mail carrier brought me a little package from the UK, today. Inside was my Passport for The Gathering. Oh boy, oh boy!

My clan society had been ignoring the Edinburgh Gathering until now because a breakaway USA based group had got in first with booking a tent in the family name. However, belatedly they are now promoting the Gathering on their website, having apparently reached an agreement regarding hosting with the group who booked the tent. So it looks like there will be a clan tent for me to visit at the Gathering after all!

I had booked my passport for the gathering back in January 2009 and couldn't get a gold passport but got a silver. I am curious if they a sold out of the gold ones still?

No, the Gold are all sold. You maybe be able to upgrade if some of the sold Gold passports are turned in for re-sale. Let them know you are interested to do so.

Nor here - and my order was confirmed almost a year ago! When I enquired after them, some six weeks ago, I was informed that they would be despatched in mid-May. Time for another enquiry, I think!

I bought tickets in last feb. last week I,ve sended an email asking about the tickets, got the answer that it will be send half or end june.
