My certificate arrived last week. To my surprise, my wife insisted that it should be framed – she usually puts off the framing of pictures.
With apologies for the quality of the cellphone shots, this is what it looks like:

Glare is a constant problem with items like this, but surely one can have the certificate framed with non-reflective glass? It costs a bit extra, but it is well worth it.

What you want is called conservation glass in the USA; you also want to insist on a conservation mounting to protect the original document from colour shift, etc, and make sure the glass does not come into contact with the artwork.

The holly is the plant badge of my clan as well as mine. The bear is in many aspects of my heraldry because it was my nickname in scouts. The lochaber axe works well for me as it is part of my crest and I have actually made one. LOL!
