"The Compound"? Is that a code word for Crossfit Vacaville North?
I was planning to show up and cheer for the participants but not do any lifting.
Don't plan to compete any more in the Games and therefore I'm focusing on getting my weight down to a more reasonable 220-ish by working with less weight on the bar and doing more cardio. No point in carrying around excess poundage for no good reason.
Here's a workout a friend of mine came up with that I like:
Dan Martin's Program Minimum
Goblet Squat
One KB Row
Push-Up
Two-Hand Swing
Suitcase Walk
I'm still going to deadlift and bench, tho.
