Either that or I really am the size of a small car.

I know this may make me sound silly or uneducated but why laugh that he is wearing a belt with a waistcoat? Is there some kind of dresscode that you don't do that? I thought it actually looked good. Sorry, I just was curious because at my brother's wedding I wore a belt with a prince charlie's waistcoat. Or maybe it was a braveheart, i can't remember, but either way, either my brother was wearing the prince charlie or I was, but we both had belts on, and it was actually recommended by the kilt store that we went to.
