Ya gotta go to Nine Fine Irishmen in the New York, New York...great food, shepherd's pie, fish and chips. If you're a drinking man you gotta see the bar and sample their wares. And they have Irish entertainment.

Then go over to the Burger Bar in the strip shopping center at Mandalay Bay and have a fresh ground buffalo burger - soooo succulent. About $20 but big and delicious. You can also get ground beef...but its one of the few places you can get fresh ground buffalo.

It ain't Irish, but the House of Blues in Mandalay Bay has great food and great entertainment.

Or be a kilted Parrothead at Margaritaville

McMullan's Irish Pub http://www.mcmullansirishpub.com/ (never been there)
McFaddens at the Rio http://www.mcfaddensvegas.com/ (never been there) Looks like they have a big 4 day lead up to St. Patrick's Day including Lift Your Kilt Karaoke on the 16th....
Reviews suggest avoiding a pub called Sean Patrick's
