    A bheil mi beag?

    Hàllo,
'S mise Còdaidh. Ciamar a tha sibh? I just wanted to share some 'leabharan' I recently came across. When I was first learning French I found one of the best ways to pick up new vocabulary was to read children's books (le petit prince being my favourite). Now that I'm learning Gàidhlig I'm trying to use the same method. I came across a couple of children's books on Amazon that are written in Gàidhlig. The first is 'A bheil mi beag?' By Philipp Winterberg and the second is 'Oidhche Mhath, Sam' by Amy Hest. I learned a lot of good vocab from both, and i also use them to get my 'clann' used to Gàidhlig at an early age,
    Tioridh!

A number of the Asterix and Tintin comics have been translated into Gaelic too and are available on Amazon. Though I would think they're for intermediate learners.
