Burns Supper?
It’s that time again gents (and ladies)….
Any idea if we are meeting up for Robbie Burns Supper this year? I know we had issues with a location in the past and then COVID. I’m willing to look into locations to host if we had any interest.
LOCH SLOY!

I might have to slay my haggis from a distance with a high power rifle, this year.
Those ancient U Nialls from Donegal were a randy bunch.

I have been unable to get on to reply; my browser decided this site is too suspicious and the folk too iffy to be trusted. Steve was very quick to respond that he hadn't finally run out of patience with me, and check my settings. Couldn't find any problems. Finally tried a different browser. SO: Nov., Dec., no reply from Tavern about willingness of new management to
continue. Dec., no response from attempts to get someone else to check. Got hold of Jim last week, apparently no result yet.

This post is to push process or judge interest/lackthereof. Some names above have not been heard from in a while or even a while and a half. If you know other possibles, please add.
If we don't have venue, may not happen. We've usually done it around the 26th, but later can work.

I probably won't be able to make it this year, unfortunately. I have a lot going on between now and the first of February. I certainly hope to be back next time!

Burns Night
I hope to attend some year, but the way things are going, it won't be this year.

I would be open to attend, but it sounds like it would be a very, very small gathering at an as yet unknown location. So I would guess it's not going to happen again this year.

So it seems that we are out yet again this year.
With the possibility of a big move for my family and I in our near future
I think this something that I will take upon myself to host next year as there isn’t a Supper hosted in middle GA (Macon).
Even if I host it at the new place and we have limited seated we will do it again. As of now I guess I need to jump on the ball and get the family ready & dinning room set for yet again another Robbie Burn Supper at home.

Cheers, Wil
