Saline Celtic Festival - 2012

If you've never been to the Saline Celtic Festival, it's a great time. And it is a great excuse to break out those kilts.

On Friday night, to show their support of / appreciation for the kilt, they even put on a Mr. Pretty Legs contest in the beer tent. Ice cold beer in half gallon jugs, great live Celtic music, and a tent full of women who love men in kilts. Good times.

So come on out, represent the kilt, give those ladies something to cheer for, and enjoy the festival.

I may get a chance to be there this year. My office is only a few miles from the festival but usually I have family committments outside the area that weekend. Have my fingers crossed for this year.

Curious to know if the clan folks set up "clan tents" at the event?

Also, anyone have any idea as to an approximate attendance # for the event?

Yes they have a number of clan tents there. They also have one of the largest Heavy Athletics events in the tri-state area. Beautiful park as well.
