What Celtic Christmas music do you listen to?
Just looking for a little Scottish, Irish, or Welsh flavor to add to my Christmas music playlist.

If Yorkshire counts, the Christmas albums by Kate Rusby (the Barnsley nightingale) are great. She's a folk singer who is married to the Irish musician Damian O'Kane, who plays on her albums if that helps
Good story behind the alternative arrangements of some familiar carols as well. You know we're feeling festive when these get played in our house.

I assume you mean Celtic theme rather than Celtic? There's not much reliable pre-first millennium music surviving.

"Emmanuel" originates in the 8th century and it got it's Gregorian Chant melody sometime in the 13 hundreds. It is not Celtic per se but you can be assured that a great may Celts have sung it over the millenium.
("Deck the Halls" has become a rather cheesy Christmas theme but it's origins are a Welsh folk song ... with pre-Christian subject matter)
I like the Scottish "Devil's in the Kitchen" myself.
Those ancient U Nialls from Donegal were a randy bunch.

I listen to radio garden.
Twirl the globe to the country of your choice and find a station playing whatever you're in the mood for.

It's not specifically holiday music, but I really enjoy winter evenings with a fire, a dram, and Scottish fiddle music. Some of my favorite comes from Alasdair Fraser & Natalie Haas.

Apollo's Fire (the Cleveland Baroque orchestra) does several "crossover" concerts featuring a lot of Appalachian/Celtic music. The Christmas season ones are:

Sacrum Mysterium https://apollosfire.org/product/sacr...acred-mystery/
(Full disclosure: My wife is a board member of the orchestra. But they're really good anyway!)
When in doubt, end with a jig. - Robin McCauley
