    Long time kilter from the states

    Hello everyone,

    I've owned and worn kilts since I was a wee little runt. I've traced my roots back to Blair Atholl in the 1540s with birth/death certs to back it. Unfortunately, the blood line of my family has zero documentation prior to that. I've met a few others in Kansas City and I'm glad to see others kilting up.

    My Scotch of choice this year is an 18yr Laphroaig (water activated and room temp).

    Indeed! While I'm not a piper/drummer it's an event I enjoy. One of the local bands practices right across the street from where I live.
