Traveling to Springfield, MO
I am will be stopping in Springfield, MO on July 16th. Can any X-Markers suggest a good bar/restuarant that is kilt friendly to go to.
It would be nice to meet up other kilties from the area for a toast.
I just got a smartphone this week, so I will try to monitor responses and give replies when I can on Saturday.

Someone more familiar with the area might be able to give you some better advice, but the only place that comes to mind offhand is Lamberts. The wait is long, but it's good chow. The "throwed rolls" are a lot of fun, and very good (when I could eat bread anyway).

Galloway Station is one I'd reccommend. I've gone to several different restaurants in this town kilted, though & all were very friendly.
