March Atlanta Kilt Night
Is there any interest in a Kilt Night this month? St. Patrick's Day falls on a Saturday, which might make for a fun time kilted. I will be marching in the Atlanta parade to represent my clan, but that should be done with around 1 or 2pm.

Well, @tripleblessed @Wil @Creag @Catharps @Joe Sixpack @Crawdaddyjc @Ntaker when and where would you like to meet? I'm sure some of you will be out of town and I've also probably forgotten to mention someone, so if anyone else thinks of someone chime in!

Per usual, I'm only good weeknights after work but am always down with a beverage.

Did we ever figure out a place?
Not sure how far people are wanting to travel for a wee dram or 8.
But it seems that the Blind Dog in Milton is going to be nice place without the crazy Midtown shenanigans.
Just a thought.
LOCH SLOY!
Cheers, Wil

This weekend is pretty much booked for me. Milton is way outside of my wandering range...so I am passing on that one.

We haven't picked a place yet, but I have a feeling that any Irish Pub is going to be crazy.

Too bad there's not a Scottish pub to get away to.

When Grainreaper was last in town, we tried Limerick Junction on Highland. Nice, not that far from the parade. It is, however, an
Irish pub on St. Patrick's. If nobody else is downtown for the parade, the Roswell Road Taco Mac or one of the spots around Perimeter
might work for Creag and Wil; Sam, you and I will be headed back northish anyway. Or will you? Maybe Cumberland?

I also wish there were a Scottish pub to meet at! Most Irish places will at least have a Scottish flag or something to make us feel welcome, and every Irish pub I've been to on St Patrick's Day was full of kilt wearing patrons anyway.
Tripleblessed, are you also in the parade?
The Perimeter area, or Cumberland are a good choice for location, but I'm also happy to try that Limerick Junction. What time works for folks? I'm free after lunch after the parade, if we are meeting in town.
