    Celtic Festival skirls into Tucson



    Folks with a love of things Celtic don't have to travel abroad: The Tucson Celtic Festival & Scottish Highland Games are here this weekend.

    The event, in its 25th year, runs Friday night through Sunday at Rillito Raceway Park on First Avenue, just south of River Road.

    Organizers invite guests to "Celebrate the heritage and culture of Ireland, Scotland and Wales just as it's been done for centuries."
