Burns Supper Planning Meeting

At the December meeting we decided to have the Burns Supper on January 29, 2011. We have rented the hospitably house at Idlewild Park in North Little Rock, for the event. We need to start a list of food and stuff that we will need for the party.

Due to the bad weather, the meeting will be rescheduled. Possible date is Thursday January 13 or Monday January 17. Please let us know which would be better.

Ronnie: is there a schedule for the dinner this Saturday? Also has a cost been set? I would like to make it down to it, but not sure as of today.
