Any Interest in a Raleigh Kilt Night at Saints & Scholars?
I was wondering if there is an interest in doing a kilt night at the new Saints and Scholars Irish Pub (formerly Ballymor) in Raleigh on Spring Forest Rd.. Here is their site: http://www.saintsandscholarspub.com/page.php?4
Looks like they are still working on the site. The pub just reopened after new management took it over. I've seen a few reviews that were very positive. They have a snug that holds about 8ppl, which would be nice.
If interested, let me know of dates you might be interested. Are weeknights or weekends best?

I might be traveling in Raleigh, NC around May. Let me know if any of those weekends work. Their website had a decent mix of draught beers.

I'm certainly interested, if you could go so far as to forgive a man for wearing pants I'm still trying to absorb information and learn before making a purchase (not to mention I'm losing weight and would rather bottom out), but I would happily try to absorb more of the culture.
Of course if that's just too heretical, I understand and must beg forgiveness!

So would a Friday night be good, or is Saturday night best for most? How about May 11th or 12th or May 25th or 26th? I could esily get one of those four nights off from work.

For my part any of those would be perfectly acceptable.

Would love to join in the festivities from our home on Emerald Isle, but both dates are not good for me as the first is the 40th anniversary for my university's residence hall and the second date is the Memorial Day weekend and we have people scheduled to visit us at the beach. Please continue to post dates and hopefully I can join in on the fun. New grand daughter in the Raleigh area makes traveling to the capital easier.

NCkip, would you like to offer some suggestions for dates? Depending on business at work, I may be able to work around them.

My wife will be in Raleigh the entire month of March so I will be coming up some of the weekends (except St. Paddy's Day). In April (except for the first and second weekend) there are possibilities as well.

11/12 of May would work. There are a few folks from Fayetteville that could make it. Let me know if anyrhing is finalized and I will pack accordingly.
