MO Tartan Day 2011
The 2011 Missouri Tartan Day is coming! April 8, 9 & 10, 2011 at Frontier Park (located on the Missouri River) in St Charles, MO. For more info go to their web site or check them out on Facebook.
Let me know who's going and we can meet up and perhaps share a pint at the cèilidh (Miller Tent).

I would like to make it up this year, but with twa wee bairns, you never know. One of our society members will be there with her Irish wolfhounds, so at least the Clan Cumming will be represented. If I do make it up, I'll certainly stop at the Trailhead for an obligatory pint of brown ale.

So does that mean there's an actual cèilidh? Do I need to brush up on my dashing white sergeant and strip the willow???

My fair lass is already committed for Clan Scott, so I will be along too.

I may have to swing on over for that weekend! It's been too long since my last trip to St. Charles....this could be my excuse!

While I'm not 100% sure of the cèilidh, I know if enough of us in attendance act like it is, well, then...

My wife and I are planning to be there all three days as our favorite Kilt Rock Band, Mother Grove, is playing. I relly hope to meet some of my fellow Xmarkers there and I should be sporting my new dandelion if it arrives in time. Otherwise you will porbably find us somewhere in the Miller Lite tent.
