Possible new Utility Kilt accessory - Underglow

We all know the 'Traditional' and many 'Contemporary' kilt wearers already look down on the non-traditional highland dress styles of kilts: Utility, Sport, Tactical, Economy, Sub-compact, Station wagon...

Fear not, you aren't going to make them MORE upset with your fashion choices!

Does your tartan kilt not make you the center of attention often enough?
Is your Camoflage kilt now too subtle?
Did someone pick on you for white hose?
Is your Black kilt now too full of blackety-blackness?
Do you want to better match your car at car shows?
Are you just feeling under accessorized?

    Why not add some Under-glow!

That's right, now you too can take LED strips, a battery, and a bluetooth driver to give your kilt underglow lighting you can control from your phone!

Warning, you *WILL* get a whole lot more questions about What's Under The Kilt!

Perhaps useful for nighttime walks, to light the ground ( instead of a headlamp)? 😉

... for that "weird glow" ...
Those ancient U Nialls from Donegal were a randy bunch.

Hmm - maybe a sporran with miniature headlamps to light the way on dark unlit terrain coupled with less directional illumination under the vamp of the brogues to give light to one's companion would be a more practical application of the technology.

The original costume looks as though the addition of infra red heating elements might just about stave off pneumonia in brisker climates or inclement weather.
