Gobantex

I have been looking at material on ebay with the seller Gobantex. Sells a lot of fabric. I Was looking at this as a great kilt or Two box Kilts?

This auction is for 5 5/8 yards X 60 wide of a beautiful, medium weight (16 onz per yard) plaid wool blend fabric.

The colors of this fabric are:light green, mauve, rust, beige and black.

The measurements of this lovely piece of fabric are 5 5/8 yards X 60" Wide.

See some of the other posts about purchases from eBay. If the fabric was not well made, the warp and the weft will not be even, so getting the pleats to line up can be a problem (at least, I think that was the problem I recall). Also, 16oz would be considered heavy weight by most on this board.

Sort of what I was looking for. sort of looking to make a great kilt or an Ancient Kilt. I do live in the Mts. of Utah about 7000 ft.

I was thinking a Feileadh-Mhor and then I don't have to worry about the warp and the weft. Just pleat it belt it and wear it at Rendevous? I have knee hi mocs.
