    free alterations?

    i seem to remember some posts on the board regarding a kilt maker that offers free alterations on the kilts they sell. anyone remember who this is? i did a search, but didn't come up with anything. thanks.

    I know that Celtic Craft Centre does but whether or not these are the ones you were thinking about I don't know.
