2nd X-Kilt
Okay here's #2
Black twill with d-rings on the belt loops for a matching clip-on cloth "sporan" thingy that I haven't made yet.
Sorry if they don't show detail very much. It was already dark out when the camera got here. :crap: Perhaps tomorrow I can get some outside pics to put up.
I'm surprised a little at myself for how much I enjoy making these things. I figured I'd make a couple and get a taste of what goes into the process of making a kilt (which I have) and then my laziness would kick in and I'd just wanna start ordering them, but that hasn't been the case. In fact, I'd like the next one I make to have knife pleats, and then maybe try one with kingussie (sic?) pleats, but first I have to figure out how to make the fell taper with them. Maybe someone could offer some advice, or point me towards some online instruction, please?
Cheers, all -Steve

Yeah...it is addictive...have made six in two months...kingussie in khaki twill in the works, black box plea next...dozen or so lined up after that...
