After a busy Christmas, then three weeks on the road catching up, this was the first full weekend I have had off since Thanksgiving. Yesterday I got all the Honey-Doo's done So today I thought I would try some Cross county skiing. I haven't been on those old skis in a few years, so there were a few bumps and bruises along the way. My destination today was, The Snow Basin Nordic trails near Ogden Utah. Everything was perfect, 30 degree weather and lots of sunshine. There were a few other hikers, snow-shoer's and skiers along the trail but definitely not crowded. All in all it was a perfect day, except for falling on my kilt a few times. As always my favorite outdoor gear, Ultimate Sport Kilt, and Stillwater cargo sporran. Not to mention running tights and gators.
