Kilt Makers in Edinburgh or Glasgow

I have a young coworker going over to visit his brother in Edinburgh in a few weeks and he is determined to buy a kilt. Of course I've given him all the pointers I can about fabric, make, what accessories are most practical, what to expect to pay, and all. What I cannot advise him on is a good place to make his purchase once there. Does anyone have advice on quality kilt makers? Bonus if they are priced competitively with some of our own here in the U.S.
