    McDonnell of Glengarry tartan?

Today I was browsing through this online vintage clothier, and I stumble across a tartan Glengarry bonnet. I did a bit of research, and came to the conclusion that the name of the tartan is McDonnell of Glengarry. Would anyone be able to confirm my guess?

It's one of the McDonald/McDonnell tartans sewn into a Glengarry hat. I've never seen a Glengarry madeout of tartan before this one.

Ooops, I'm wrong and you're right. It is McDonnell of Glengarry, made into a Glengarry. Sort of a tactile pun.

That's actually the MacDonald of Clanranald tartan. MacDonell of Glengarry has a single white stripe.

I can confirm what Matt says as Clanranald is my clan. Once you get used to counting the two white stripes between the green and black as Clanranald and the one white strip in the middle of the green for Glengarry it's obvious.

A good note for me to search for Glengarry more often to look for those mistakes.
