Hello from Texas
Hello from a newly kilted man. I hadn't really considered wearing a kilt, but I started to when I was hired by the ren fest down here and set in the scottish court.
Having worn them now, I have a hard time wanting to wear much else. I've now got two modern kilts (one in royal stewart, the other in macgregor), and a great kilt I came by just today (my first attempt to "make" one... and in a tartan I don't recognize, though I do aim to google until that is remedied.)
Naturally, I'm working the renn fest down here still... the highland fling weekend is November 23-24. It's the scottish invasion of the rest of the festival, full highland games and all... so that's always a lot of fun.

Me in my new great kilt... yes, I was making faces at the camera.
