NYC trip
Greetings, all!
Just this morning I returned from a very brief trip to NYC. For my arrival I wore my UK Original in Mossy Oak. Attracted some looks at the Port Authority and Bryant Park, but Grand Central was far too busy for anyone to notice me. Besides, a highly decorated Special Forces CW2 was having impromptu wedding pics taken.
No pics, though. Sorry, folks!

Thanks! It was restorative.
Had a great meal in St. Mark's neighborhood and amazing dessert at De Robertis'.
Went from being non-city to learning to like NYC.

Great. Sounds like you got to enjoy the buzz of the East Village. I love that neighborhood.
But the De Roberti's I know is a old and fantastic Italian bakery, not a restaurant. Where was it?

You're correct. I was unclear. We had dessert at De Robertis'. Fantastic place! Love that atmosphere.
Yeah, I'd like to visit the East Village again.
