I'm another newbie, living in southern Middle Tennessee. I had wanted a kilt for most of my life and finally got one about a year ago at the prompting of my son. We both got custom formal kilts from Scotland. I love it and almost immediately ordered a casual kilt I could wear hiking without worrying about ruining my good one.
I've been reading the forum for a couple of months and decided I should join so I could start asking questions. I've already learned a great deal.
