My local liquor store has Lagavulin 16yo on sale for $55. Of course a bottle ended up on the shelf of my liquor cabinet.

get this tho, my brother in law in England picked up two bottles of Laphroaig to bring over to me next month.
They are 10 y/o, he got them for 13 pounds something each!! that's about $31 AUD and CAN.

I paid $80!!! for the last one. That's 10 quid less that club members can buy it, it was from cash and carry.

The IV thing just doesn't work for me. You would get the effect of the alcohol without the enjoyment of sipping a fine single malt. Better something like this with the cans replaced with two glasses of Scotch to allow typing while sipping and enjoying.
