My wife at the Ren fest
No kilt, but there is some tartan, here's a photo someone took of the long suffering Mrs. Zardoz at the Texas Ren Fest Highland weekend;

I think this was taken while she watched me in the "bonny knees" contest which explains the expression of amusement/disgust she is sporting. She is holding my camera, but said she was so stunned by the fact I was in the contest she forgot to take a picture! I am normally not that outgoing! The guy snaps a good picture though!

It's great being part of an international community! You should have seen my wife's reaction when I told her she had fans in Tasmania and Japan! :biggrin:

She looks nice, though you're right...somewhat amused.
I could no more get my wife to wear a bodice and tartan, than sprout wings and fly.

Who took the photos?
Very nice. I wish we had fairs like that in Utah.
