Red face Let The Pacing Begin!!!

Well now I am past the jonesing stage and beginning on the pacing stage.

I finally ordered my first 2 kilts from USAK. I am getting a Semi Traditional in US Navy and a Casual in Fraser Hunting. I am doing my best to be frugal, so I am going to attempt making my own belt. I think I can manage that, if not my Sister has the know how. Now I am going to have to figure out how to make a Sporran! (since my sister hasn't made one of them before)

Good luck, enjoy a fine malt beverage of your choice and don't pace too much.

Hang in there and good luck with the sporran and belt.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

JB- A thrifty kilt belt can be gotten from a hardware store. Get a plain tool belt (usually a vegetable tan & pale) and then some leather dye. Its plain and you can't change the buckle, but you can get away for probably less than $20.
BB- Good for you! Serve proudly!

You could also get a reproduction web belt. I think WPG glory has them for about $25.
