Let the Jonesing Begin
I have just ordered my second kilt, an Irish National from Stillwater. I love the solid black that I bought from them, so I am very excited about this new purchase. This new kilt will most likely be the one that I wear in my wedding this coming June (and it will get lots of use in England and Ireland on the honeymoon).
I will be a little more formal for the wedding, so I'll need to look for some accessories soon.

Congrats, man! I'm hoping to order a Leatherneck kilt from SWK. Did you go for the standard or the economy?

I decided on the economy for this one also. It's hard to beat the price for a kilt that I am totally satisified with.

That's a good question. I was actually going to ask for advice on that. Our wedding is going to be fairly casual, with the bride wearing just a sundress with bell sleeves attached. I wouldn't be going for a completely formal attire, but I would like to go more dressy than I usually am. Perhaps kilt, hose, a nice shirt, and perhaps a kilt pin? In truth I'm really not sure, and am totally open for suggestions.

Congratulations on ordering another kilt and on the forthcoming marriage. Do you intend to visit Scotland as well as England and Ireland?

Can't go wrong with a shirt and tie, with hose and some wing tip shoes if you're going dressed down. I went formal with the Prince Charlie jacket and all that. But, then of course my bride's dress cost thousands and had some French guy's name attached to it. haha.
