Hmm I am assuming "to let" means nearly the same thing as "to rent" or "lease" here in the states. Running by that assumption, it is quite humorous!

Well, I'd need to inspect the place first. From what I've seen and heard, it seems to be rather rotten at the top, and the sides have a lot of holes in them.

Yeah, but it's still got a good foundation. It just needs some work to bring it back up to standards.
