Well, I'd need to inspect the place first. From what I've seen and heard, it seems to be rather rotten at the top, and the sides have a lot of holes in them.

Yeah, but it's still got a good foundation. It just needs some work to bring it back up to standards.

It's important to note that it's "North America" that's for let - a bit larger than just the USA.

Indeed so I wonder if rents are cheap in the Yukon?

I assure you that the attic is fine (except for the minor rampant rubber chicken infestation).

Before it can be let, it must pass inspection. All hazardous materials removed, certified fixtures that are child safe. All areas are accessible to the physically challenged. Structure must be sound with all permits in place before it may be occupied. The landlord is responsible for maintaining a record of all work done to the premise, and that permissions were obtained for all work and duly recorded. The landlord is responsible for keeping all unoccupied areas heated to a minimum of 16 C. The landlord is also responsible for keeping all walks and car parks shoveled out in the winter. The facility must be clean and free of rodents. ( Four legged )
Pretty unlikely a compliant facility
