Listing of Kilted Units in the Great War?

Anyone know of a listing of all the regiments of the Empire (Britain, Canada, Australia, etc.) that wore kilts in combat?

Now there is a question. Not only do you have Highland Regiments and colonial Scottish Regiments but you also have Scottish companies within colonial units such as the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Force, Singapore Volunteer Corps or the Shanghai Volunteers or even Scottish platoons such as in the Malay States Volunteer Rifles.

I think it will be a big project track them all down identify their dates roles ORBATS and badges and uniforms - lets get started!

Unfortunately, I see that T.F. Mills' excellent web site about British Commonwealth regiments, regiments.org, is currently down. I hope it will be restored soon, as it has a fairly extensive list of regimental tartans as well.

According to http://www.militarybadges.info/canada/:

There were 28 Canadian Highland Battalions in World War I: 13, I5, 16, 17, 42, 43, 67, 72, 73, 85, 92, 96, 105, 113, 134, 154, 173, 174, 179, 185, 193, 194, 219, 231, 236, 241, 246, 253. The 67th Western Scots wore Glengarries but were not kilted.
