...I finally got on the Demo team for my dance group!
One of my goals for this year was to be good enough that I could get on the dem team.
Well, two of the folk who normally dem with us couldn't do the Burns supper because they have some family commitments.
One of the other teachers asked Diane if I could step in.
I'm still pretty green but I've been practicing at home and we are having group sessions twice a week until the day itself.
I'm thrilled and yet nervous.
We're doing 'Macdonald's rant' (appropriate) and 'The best set in the hall.'
