Scottish singing sensation
I don't know if anyone has seen Susan Boyle from Bathgate - http://digg.com/d1oVwl - but you have to watch this. Seemingly Demi Moore is one of her fans.

It was a powerful performance and the emotion affected not only the audience and the judges but me also.
I hope she does what Paul Potts did in the first series and wins!

Quite a rare phenomenon that!
But unlike the other judges and the audience he did not give her a standing ovation.
He did for another act though.

Brought tears to my eyes.
Bless her heart.
If (when) she records, I'll buy.
I’ve been playing guitar and singing for several decades.
I am told that my vocals are capable and pleasing and on occasion maybe a little more.
Nothing as good as that for sure.
In my amateur attempts to imitate good singers I’ve more and more come to appreciate the substantial talent, skill, concentration, artistry, practice, and just plain hard work that is required in order to sing well.
She appears to have been there and to have done all of that that.
And more; you can see and hear the sheer joy with which Ms. Boyle sings.
I wish her a very successful new career.

What an inspiring, heart warming story. And an absolutely beautiful voice! It put a big smile on my face to see her turn that crowd around.
